摘要
目的探讨冰冻时间和冰冻温度在切片制作过程中的重要性。方法切片制作过程中,根据组织的形态、大小、性质的不同,对冷冻时间和温度进行调节,避免组织过硬或过软的情况发生。结果冰冻切片制作过程中时间和温度控制的方法简单、快捷,切片平整,厚薄均匀,从取材到切片封固需要10-15vain。结论根据不同组织的性质特点选择不同的冰冻温度和时间是做好切片,提高诊断准确性、减少手术用时、降低误诊率的关键。
Objective To investigate the importance of freezing iime and freezing temperatures during the producing of slices. Methods During the slice production process, the freezing temperature and freezingI time were adjusted according to the shape, size, nature of the tissue's difference, to avoid too hard or too soft situation. Results The frozen slice producing process is simple,fast,with smooth surface and uniform thick-I hess,and 10-15 minutes were needed from material selection to slice cementing. Conclusion DifferentI freezing temperature and time according to the characteristics of different tissues are keys to do a good job inI slicing,to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce operation time and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
