米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及临床疗效的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2012年1月琼海市人民医院收治的慢性牙周炎患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用碘甘油治疗;观察组给予米诺环素治疗。治疗前后测定两组患者龈沟液中的NO水平及NOS活性,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者NO和NOS无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NO及NOS均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组。结论米诺环素能通过降低龈沟液中NO、NOS水平而减轻慢性牙周炎局部炎性反应,对慢性牙周炎疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of mlnocycline on GCF NO and NOS of chronic periodontitis patients. Methods Choosing 80 cases of chronic periodontitis patients admitted by Qionghai City People's Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2012 and randomly dividing them into two groups:the control group and the observation group ,40 cases each. The control group was given iodine glycerin treatment while the observation group was given minocycline treatment. Measurement of the two groups patients' NO content and NOS activity was done to compare the two groups'clinical effect. Results The content of NO and NOS in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, the content of NO and NOS of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Condtlsion Minocycline can relieve chronic periodontitis inflammatory response by reducing the GCF NO and NOS level, which has a good clinical effect for chronic periodontitis.
