摘要 拟通过调整活性污泥在驯化过程中培养基内碳、氮、磷间比例及驯化模式,来提高活性污泥积累PHB的能力。以乙酸钠为碳源,在SBR内以A/O周期交替的循环驯化模式,逐级提高碳源浓度,限制氮源浓度,调整COD/N为10、20、50和125,人为地创造营养不均衡来逐步提高活性污泥内PHB的含量。当COD/N=125时,菌群积累PHA能力最强,当COD逐步升高至1 200 mg/L,COD/N/P=1 200/9.6/30时,活性污泥中PHB积累量达到最大,达到细胞干重的64.2%。驯化过程中污泥内PHB积累量逐步提高,苏丹黑染色、Albert染色及透射电镜显示结果说明,逐步提高碳浓度限制氮浓度的驯化方式对活性污泥积累PHB有促进作用。 By adjusting the activated sludge process in domestication, carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus ratio and domestication model,the ability of activated sludge production of PHB was in proved. In A/O alternate cycle SBR,with sodium acetate as a substrate,to gradually improve carbon source concentration and limit concentration of nitrogen source,nutrition disequilibrium was artificial created to gradually improve the content of PHB within activated sludge. When carbon source gradually improved,COD rose to 1 200 mg/L,COD/N/P as l 200/9.6/30,activated sludge in the accumulation of PHB was the maximum up to 64.2% of the dry weight of cells. In the process of domestication sludge in the accumulation of PHB gradually increased,Sudan black,Albert staining and transmission electron microscopy images revealed that the domestication of gradually improving carbon concentration and limiting the concentration of carbon can promote PHB accumulation by activated sludge.
