顺丁烯二酸酐-桐油-松香甘油酯的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高EG(松香甘油酯)的帆(重均相对分子质量)和柔韧性,以MAH(顺丁烯二酸酐)、TO(桐油)和松香为主要原料,合成了MAH—TO-松香的Diels—Aider加成物;然后用甘油对该加成物进行酯化改性,制得MR(MAH—TO—EG的Diels—Alder加成物)。考察了MAH、TO比例对MR的Mn及其分布、软化点、MR/亚麻油溶液的黏度和正庚烷容纳度等影响。结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备MR的最佳工艺条件为n(MAH):n(松香)=2:10、m(TO):m(松香)=(1~2):10;此时MR的综合性能相对较好,其帆和软化点较高,并且MR/亚麻油溶液的黏度和正庚烷容纳度也相对较大,完全满足胶粘剂、涂料的制备要求。 In order to improve Mn(weight average molecular weight) and flexibility of EG(ester gum),with MAH(maleic anhydride),TO (tung oil) and rosin as main raw materials,a Diels-Alder adduct based on MAH-TO- rosin was synthesized. Then,a MR(Diels-Alder adduct based on MAH-TO-EG) was prepared when the adduct was esterified and modified by glycerol. The influences of MAH and TO proportion on the M~ and its distribution of MR,the softening points of MR',the viscosity and n-heptane contain degree of MR/linseed oil solution were investigated. The results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing MR were preferred by single- factor experiment when molar ratio of n (MAH):n (rosin) was 2:10, and mass ratio of m (TO) :m (rosin) was (1-2): 10. Here, the MR had the relatively better combination property, and it could meet requirements of preparing adhesives and coating because its Mw and softening point were relatively higher,and the viscosity and n-heptane contain degree of MR/linseed oil solution were relatively larger.
