摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为共聚单体,Ⅳ-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N—MAM)为交联单体,采用半连续核/壳乳液聚合法制备水性N—MAM改性丙烯酸酯树脂;然后以此为连接料和基体树脂,并引入WT-204(水性流变助剂)、乙醇等助剂,制备水性上光油。研究结果表明:该水性上光油具有良好的成膜性能;当叫(WT-204)=1.0%-3.5%(相对于树脂乳液质量而言)8寸,水性上光油的黏度为20~50s、光泽度为80%-120%,并且其各项性能符合高光泽水性上光油的标准要求;当w(乙醇)=1%(相对于树脂乳液质量而言)日寸,水性上光油的干燥效果相对较好。 With methyl methacrylate ( MMA ), butyl acrylate ( BA ), acrylic acid ( AA ) and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) as comonomers,N-methylol acrylamide(N-MAM) as cross-linking monomer,a waterborne acrylate resin modified by N-MAM was prepared by semi-continuous core/shell emulsion polymerization. Then,with it as a binder and a matrix resin,and the WT-204(waterborne rheological additive),ethanol and other additives were introduced into system,so a waterborne varnish was prepared. The research results showed that the waterborne varnish had good film-forming properties. And its various properties could meet standard requirements of waterborne varnish with high gloss because viscosity and gloss of waterborne varnish were 20-50 s and 80%-120% respectively when mass fraction of WT-204 was 1.0%-3.5% in resin emulsion. The drying effect of waterborne varnish was relatively better when ethanol was 1% in resin emulsion.
