Analysis of the Technical System of Construction of Industrialized Residential Buildings

结合我国工业化住宅,特别是当前大量性建造的高层混凝土装配式住宅的发展现状与技术特点,分析工业化住宅建筑构造技术体系的特征。将研究的主要内容分为建筑围护结构构造技术、装修构造技术、设备与环境控制技术等三个方面,对其中涉及的若干技术问题进行分析,并对未来发展策略进行探讨。

Characteristics of the technical system of construction of industrial- ized residential buildings are analyzed in combination with current development situa- tions and technical characteristics of China＇s industrialized residential buildings, espe- cially high-rise concrete prefabricated housing. Main contents for research are divided into three aspects including construction technology of building envelop structure, decoration construction technology, and equipment and environment control technology, several technical problems thereof are analyzed, and the future development strategy is discussed.
