Mr. XU Jie-shun himself majored in History at college, but he started from ethnic researching about Han, and be experts in it, from which he extended his researching so as to the ＂snowball＂ theory of him was formed later. Because of rolling of the snowball, several decades of Mr. Xu were consumed . Undoubtedly, He has become the real pioneer of the field for his significant achievements.
