摘要
目的了解南京市土壤被嗜肺军团菌污染情况。方法分别从南京市冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌培养法阳性的12个公共场所中,采集冷却塔2m范围内及距离冷却塔>2km居民区土壤样品,用PCR方法检测军团菌的5srRNA和Mip基因。结果冷却塔旁土壤样品中军团菌阳性率为75.0%(36/48),居民区土壤样品军团菌阳性率为70.8%(34/48),差异无统计学意义。冷却塔旁军团菌阳性土壤样品中嗜肺军团菌阳性率为50.0%(18/36),居民区军团菌阳性土壤样品中未检出。结论冷却塔旁土壤中嗜肺军团菌阳性率较高,存在导致军团病散发流行或暴发的潜在危险。
Objective To investigate soil legionella contamination in Nanjing. Methods From 12 public places whose eooI- ing tower water legionella culture was positive, soil samples were collected within 2 m from cooling towers and residential areas over 2 km away from cooling towers. PCR was employed to test 5s rRNA and Mip gene of legionella. Results 75.0~ (36 / 48) soil specimens taken within 2m from cooling towers were positive for legionella, 70.8~ (34/48) soil specimens from resi- dential areas over 2 km away from cooling towers were positive for legionella. No significant difference was found based on Chi- square test. Among the positive soil specimens collected near cooling towers, 50.0 ~ (18/36) were positive for [egionella pneu- mophila. No positive soil specimens collected from residence areas were positive for legionella pneumophila. Conclusion The soil close to cooling towers is seriously contaminated by legionella pneumophila. There is a potential danger for sporadic epi- demics or outbreaks of Legionnaire disease.
