摘要 糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)的发病机制非常复杂,该文就DCM发病机制中线粒体损伤导致线粒体能量代谢异常、ROS产生增加、线粒体依赖性的凋亡途径激活、线粒体的分裂和融合紊乱以及心磷脂含量及结构改变的研究进展做一综述。 Pathogenesis mechanisms of diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) are complex. Mitochondrial dysfunction in DCM results in abnormal energy metabolism, increases ROS production, acti- vates mitochondrial dependent apoptotic pathway, impairs mito- chondrial fission and fusion, and changes the content and struc-ture of cardiolipin. This review summarizes many of the potential mechanisms that lead to mitochondrial dystunction in DCM.
