心理契约本质上是一种情感契约,是维持和发展员工与组织关系的内在力量。在界定图书馆知识型馆员概念及其特征的基础上,探讨了心理契约在图书馆知识型馆员管理中的作用和图书馆知识型馆员心理契约构建的措施。
Psychological contract is essentially an emotional contract, which is the inner strength to maintain and develop the relationship between empJoyees and organizations. This paper determines the concept and characteristics of knowledge-type librarian, discusses the function of psychological contract in library knowledge-type librarian management. Some measures to construct psychological contract are put forward.
