摘要
调查高校图书馆员的职业现状,了解一线图书馆员对自身职业的态度。图书馆员存在职业认可度不高;职业信念不坚定;对职业前景消极悲观;职业教育呈现出教育机会少、受教育的愿望强烈等现象,加强职业伦理教育可以缓解这些现象。
This paper investigates the occupational status of university librarians to understand the attitude of the front-line librarians for their own occupation cognitive. The librarian occupation recognition degree is not high, career faith is not firm, negative and pessimistic for their occupation prospect, and have less chance to vocational edu- cation, but they have a strong desire to be educated, strengthen professional ethics education can alleviate these phenomena.
