摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈以及数理统计等研究方法,对广东省高校瑜伽课开展的价值与取向、影响广东省高校开展瑜伽课的因素以及广东省高校开展瑜伽课存在的主要问题进行探索和研究。研究表明:广东高校开展瑜伽课的主要价值是塑造健康、健美的体形;广东省高校开展瑜伽课的主要取向是由高校学生自觉参与瑜伽运动的方式来体现的;影响广东省高校开展瑜伽课的主要因素有思想与态度、宣传、瑜伽教师、锻炼价值与动作等。广东省高校开展瑜伽课存在对于瑜伽的要义和价值认识不足、高校开展瑜伽课的取向过于单调等问题。鉴于此,提出了相应的建议与对策,旨在为促进广东省高校瑜伽课的开展提供参考。
This article uses the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interview and statistics to study the value and ori- entation of Yoga courses, the influence factors of carrying out Yoga and the main problems of carrying out Yoga courses in col- leges and universities of Guangdong province. Research shows that the main value of carrying out Yoga courses is to build healthy, strong and handsome figure; The main orientation of carrying out Yoga courses is to be reflected by students" con- sciousness to participate in Yoga movement way; The main influence factors of carrying out Yoga courses are thought and atti- tude factors, publicity factors, teachers factors, exercise value and action factors. The main problems of carrying out Yoga courses are the understanding insufficiency of Yoga concept and value, the orientation of carrying out Yoga courses is too drab. In view of this, this article puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of carrying out yoga cour- ses in colleges and universities of Guangdong province.
