胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后复发的危险因素分析

A Study on the Risk Factors of Spontaneous Pneumothorax Recurrence after Operations Undergoing VATS

目的总结分析胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸患者术后复发的危险因素。方法回顾性分析行胸腔镜治疗的196例自发性气胸患者的临床资料和随访结果。结果复发性气胸、多发肺大疱、气胸并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病手术后复发率增高。结论复发性气胸、气胸并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病是气胸术后复发的独立危险因素,我们应当加以重视,以降低其复发率。

Objective To summarize and analyze the risk factors of postoperative recurrence to the patients with a spontaneous pneumothorax undergoing video assisted thoracoscopic surger- y.Methods The clinical data and follow-up results of 196 patients who underwent video assisted thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax were retrospectively reviewed. Results The postoperative recurrence rate was higher for the patients with recurrent pneumothorax, multiple pulmonary bulla and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Conclusion Recurrent pneu- mothorax and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are the independent risk of postoperative recurrence for spontaneous pneumothorax. Surgeons must pay attention to these risk factors in order to reduce the incidence of recurrence.
