MRI对脑血管周围间隙的诊断价值分析

An Analysis of Diagnostic Value of MRI on Virchow- Robin Spaces

目的分析脑血管周围间隙的MRI影像表现及解剖特征,提高与其他疾病的鉴别诊断依据。方法回顾两年中颅脑MRI影像检查资料并分析V-R间隙影像表现。结果 135例颅脑实质内见V-R间隙显示,其中前连合区最为多见,其次大脑半卵圆中心大脑凸面、基底节区、脑桥等;其形态大多数呈条索状、斑点状,边缘清楚光整,信号均匀,等同于脑脊液信号影像,无明显占位效应。结论 MRI能发现脑实质内血管周围间隙征像,其表现具有特异性,能与其他病变相鉴别。

Objective To analyze the anatomical features of MRI imaging of cerebral perivascular space so as to improve the differential diagnosis with other diseases.Metheds A retrospective analysis was conducted on the MRI brain imaging data and V-R space image. Results ]35 cases of brain parenchymasee V-R spaces showed the anterior commissure area is the most common, followed by brain centrum semioval near high-convexity of the cerebrum, basal ganglia, pons, morphology being streaked, speckled, round along border, usually isointense relative to CSF on all MR pulse sequences, and having no mass effect. Conclusion MRI can show the brainperivascular space images and differentiate from other lesions.
