摘要
试验结果表明,石膏品种和掺量的改变对水泥的促凝增强作用产生较大影响。石膏掺量相同时,其效果依次为盐石膏≥磷石膏≥二水石膏≥硬石膏。石膏品种相同时,对水泥的促凝增强效果随石膏掺量的增大而提高,但掺量增至一定范围后,使用盐石膏、磷石膏、二水石膏的增强效果增幅呈下降趋势,而使用硬石膏则呈上升势头,并提出最佳石膏掺量。
The change of gypsum type and dosage was found through experiment to have large effect on the set accelerating and strength enhancement of cement. With the same addition of gypsum their effect was in the order of marine gypsum≥ phosphorous gypsum≥ gypsum≥ anhydrite, and with the same type of gypsum, the effect of set accelerating and strength enhancement was improved with the dosage of gypsum. When the dosage was up to certain value, on the other hand, the strength enhancement effect was decreased with the addition of marine gypsum, phosphorous gypsum and gypsum. Positive effect was still found with the addition of anhydrite under the same condition. The optimum dosage of gypsum was also given in this paper.
