摘要
在总结目前基础隔震缓冲限位装置现状的基础上，提出了梯队式变刚度钢管混凝土短柱基础隔震装置。通过足尺试件的伪静力试验研究，表明本文装置具有良好的隔震性能，能够起到一次强震时缓冲限位保护和多次强震时二次保护的作用。
On the basis of the stat of the art of protective buffers for base isolation, the step stiffness base isolator of concrete filled steel tubular short column is put forward. Through out a full scale pseudo static test, the result demonstrates that the device can protect the safety of isolation layer, and also can provide a secondary defense to the next impact.
