摘要
通过对高浓度有机废水治理现状的研究分析,提出了新型处理设备研制的必要性。详细介绍了 CUBF一体化两相厌氧反应器的结构特点,并在此基础上分析了其处理有机废水的性能。由工程应用可以得出,该反应器特别适用于高浓度有机废水的处理,具有去除有机物能力强、启动时间较短、节省占地、降低能耗、运行稳定、易于控制等特点。
: The importance of developing new equipment was put forward by studying on the present state of the high concentration organic wastewater treatment. The structural features of the CUBF integrated two phase anaerobic reactor were introduced and then its function of treating organic wastewater was theoretically analyzed. Conclusion could be drawn from the actual application of the reactor that the CUBF integrated two phase anaerobic reactor applied specially to treat high concentration organic wastewater. It had many advantages such as higher COD removal, a shorter time of starting, reducing the area of the land, consuming lower energy, operating steadily, controlling easily and so on.
