摘要
根据粉尘粒子在电场中荷电速度快、沉降缓慢的特点,以收尘电场为目标函数建立极间距的优化设计模型;以粒子有效驱进速度为目标函数建立极-板间距优化设计模型;对优化模型进行实例模型计算,同时对计算结果进行实验验证,并在此基础上提出了超宽间距长芒刺电除尘器电场结构的设计参数。
According to the characteristics that dust particle can be charged quickly and its settlement is slow, the optimization design model of electrode clearance is set up, considering dusting electric field as a target function; The optimization design model of clearance between electrode and dusting plate is set up, considering the efficient driving speed as a target function. The example model is calculated on the optimization design model and the calculating result is proved by experiment at the same time.On the basis of this, the design parameters on electrical field structure of electrostatic dust precipitator with super wide clearance and long discharging bar are put forward.
