From the Four Ideas of the urban and rural general planning, the paper researches the location advantages, the land resources, the in- dustrial advantages, and ecological environment of the planned district, and illustrates the application of each planning idea in the practice, so as to promote the general township planning quality, and enhance the coordinative development for the urban and rural social economy.
