摘要
古亭在中韩两国的造园艺术中，都因其历史背景、造园功能和美学而发挥了特殊的作用。本研究从建筑符号学的角度，运用符号学和建筑符号学的这一方法论，分析古亭符号的代码，以古亭符号的主要技术代码、主要句法代码和主要语义学代码，揭示中韩古亭的内涵及特点，也体现出中韩两国在文化思想、传统习惯上的各自特点。这样就使我们对中韩古亭的形式和内容能有深刻的理解。
The ancient pavilions played a special role in the Chinese and Korean gardens because of their historical background, function and aesthetics of landscape architecture. From archisemiotics aspect, the methodology of semiotics and archisemiotics is applied to analyze the codes of the ancient pavilion sign in the study. The connotation and the characteristics of the ancient pavilion are revealed and the respective peculiarity embodied in the realm of culture, ideology and traditional customs in China and Korea according to the main technical codes, the main syntactical codes and the main semantic codes of the ancient pavilion sign. So it enables us to acquire a better understanding about the forms and content of the ancient pavilion in China and Korea.
