运用QC方法提高蒸压加气混凝土砌块观感质量

Applying QC method to improve the appearance quality of autoclaved concrete masonry

结合工程实例,对某地区医院蒸压加气混凝土砌块观感质量进行了分析,找出了导致构造柱、圈梁外观质量的末端因素,并从模板加固、坍落度控制等方面提出了相应的实施对策,取得了一定的施工效果。

Combining with the engineering examples, the paper analyzes the appearance quality of the autoclaved concrete masonry of the regional hospiial, and finds out factors leading to the appearance quality of structural column and ring beam, and puts forward corresponding implementa- tion countermeasures from aspects of template reinforcement and collapsible degree control, and finally achieves certain construction effect.
