太原市城市雨水防涝系统规划初探

Discussion on prevent water logging system planning of Taiyuan city rain water

结合太原市排水系统现状和近年来强降雨情况下的积水内涝情况,对暴雨内涝成因及特点进行了分析,并对内涝治理策略和雨水防涝系统规划框架进行了研究,指出应从规划层面构建工程、生态和管理相结合的内涝防治体系,以解决城市的积水内涝问题。

Combining with the planning status of Taiyuan drainage system and the water logging in strong rainfall condition in recent years, this paper analyzed the characteristics and causes of rainstorms water logging, studied the water logging treatment strategies and prevent water logging planning framework, pointed out that should construction the water logging prevention system combined with engineering, ecology and manage- ment in planning level, in order to solve the city water logging problems.
