结合近年来住宅宽带的建设情况,对光纤到户两项国家规范强制性条文进行了解读,指出光纤到户将是我国宽带固定用户接入的主要方式,住宅区和住宅建筑内光纤到户通信设施必须满足多家电信业务经营者平等接入,新建住宅和住宅建筑内通信设施必须与住宅区及住宅建筑同步建设、同步施工、同时验收。

Combining with the construction situation of residential broadband in recent years, this paper analyzed two national regulation mandato- ry provisions of FTI＇H, pointed out the FITH would be the main mode of our broadband fixed users access, the FYFH communication facilities must meet the equal access of several telecommunication business operators within residential and residential buildings, the communication facili- ties in new residential and residential buildings must be synchronized construction with residential areas and residential buildings, synchronous implementation and acceptance.
