从工程开工前的准备、施工过程中的质控方法及竣工扫尾工作三个环节总体论述了房建工程的质量防控措施,并重点介绍了施工过程中的材料选购、机械设备使用等要求,以建造优良的精品工程。
The article discusses building construction engineering quality control methods from three aspects of previous preparation, construction process quality control and completion, and mainly introduces material buying and machinery utilization demands in construction process, with a view to building fine project.
