This paper analyzed the present situation of water resources in Changzhi Lucheng, elaborated the necessity of Lucheng water demand prediction, engineering construction, and summarized the contents and scales of engineering construction, pointed out that the engineering con- struction had very important role to Lucheng span type development and people＇ s living standards.
