摘要 以全国图书馆参考咨询联盟的实践为例,阐述了知识咨询的涵义、特点、实施条件和工作流程。 Based on the experience of knowledge consultation by the Unite and Combined Digital Reference Service system ( UCDRS), this article explains the meaning, characteristics, carrying out conditions and work flows of knowledge consultation. 3 refs.
