中毒性表皮坏死松解型药疹治疗研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 中毒性表皮坏死松解型（toxicepidermalnecrolysis，TEN）药疹，1956年由Lyellut首先报道，又称Lyellat综合征，是发生于皮肤黏膜的严重的药物不良反应，病情发展迅速，发病率低，为全球0．4／100万～1．2／100万，平均病死率为25％。35％㈨。TEN的治疗近年来取得了一些进展，现综述如下。
