网络社会人际关系嬗变对政府行动的影响——以扩散性动员为视角

The Network Society Interpersonal Relationships and Government Action:A Diffusion Mobilization Perspective

网络系统地促成了作为国家与社会宏观互动表征的集体行动模式的变迁,尤其是网络社会中人际关系的变化相当程度地影响了政府行动:网络社会中人际关系强化了政府行动的社会基础,改变了政府行动性质,促动了政府行动机制的变化,最后,网络社会的人际关系促生了一种全新的政府行动监督机制。从而在某种意义上深刻地促进了扩散性动员,使得网络社会中的集体行动更为广泛地发生,同时对网络社会中的政府行动也是一个全新的考验。

Network systematically contributes to the changes of collective action model as macroscopic characteri- zation of interaction between state and society, especially changes of interpersonal relationships in the Interact Society considerably affect the government action： interpersonal relations in the network society strengthen the social basis of government action, alter the character of action, and promote the change of government action mechanism. Finally, the interpersonal relationship in network society produce a new government action supervision mechanism. Thus, in some sense, it deeply promote the diffusion of mobilization, the network society＇s collective action is more widely occurred, and it is a test for government action.
