摘要
高校教师的人力资本存量应该能够被高校教师的高薪酬水平所反映。高校教师工资水平相对较低,不仅对教师组织公平感产生负面影响,而且会影响教师工作绩效。经实证研究发现:薪酬水平对高校教师工作绩效产生积极影响;薪酬水平对组织公平感产生积极影响;组织公平感在薪酬水平和高校教师工作绩效之间存在部分中介效用。
The high salary level of university teachers is supposed to be able to reflect their human capital stock. University teachers' salary is relatively lower, which is harmful not only to teachers' organizational justice, but also to their job performance. This article did a research of the impact of university teachers' salary level on job perfor- mance on the organizational justice perspective. Empirical research found: salary level relates positively to university teachers' job performance; salary level relates positively to organizational justice; organizational justice plays an inter- mediary role between salary level and job performance.
