摘要
研究一种将磁场调制型永磁齿轮和永磁无刷电机在机械上和磁场上同时耦合的新型电机结构形式,介绍其工作原理,采用有限元法分析关键结构参数对电机性能的影响并进行优化设计。样机的实验测试验证了磁场调制型永磁电机的原理可行性及设计有效性。
In this paper, a new machine topology, which couples the field-modulating permanent magnet gear and permanent magnet brushless machine both mechanically and magnetically, is studied. The machine operation principle is introduced. Finite element method is employed to comprehensively investigate the impacts of key structural parameters on the machine performance and to optimize the machine design. A prototype is tested to validate the machine workability and optimal design.
