Design of Remote Meter Reading and Monitoring System of 10kV Substation and Power Distribution Station

随着电力系统自动化程度的提高,远程抄表及远动系统已成为供用电自动化管理的重要组成部分。本文阐述了基于PLC和触摸屏控制的远程抄表及监控系统的设计,系统可以方便地实现远程抄表,显示方式能灵活地修改,不仅可以显示电量,还可以计费、显示运行时间、统计各类平均量等,对变配电所实现智能化控制与管理有着积极的意义。

With the improvement of automation level of power system, remote meter reading and telecontrol system has become an important part of the automatic management of distribution and utilization.The design of remote meter reading and monitoring system controlled by PLC and touch screen is described in this paper.Remote meter reading can be realized conveniently and display modes, including not only electric quantity display but also accounting, running time display and mean value statistics, can be configured freely in this system, which is o f positive significance to realizing intelligent control and management in substation and power distrthution station.
