摘要
该文简述了中国古代娼妓业的发展，及其对城市住居空间布局和形态的直接和间接影响，对促进住居城市学的研究有积极的意义。
This paper gives a brief introduction of development of prostitute system in ancient China and points out that this special system has directly and indirectly affected the space layouts and forms of urban settlements.It has positive significance to advance the research of inhabitation-city theory.
