摘要 由于现在矿井上存在着很多影响煤矿生产安全的因素,如设备、环境和人为因素等,本设计提出了基于无线的矿井自动化控制设备,该设备主要采用C8051F996超低功耗核心控制器和nRF905单片无线射频收发器芯片。本文首先描述了C8051F996芯片和nRF905无线射频芯片性能及特点,重点阐述了矿井无线控制的设备和实现与上位机交互的硬件设计。本设计采用无线方式完成生产设备的自动化控制,对于解决矿井特殊环境下操作安全问题探索了一条有效的途径。 As many different factors influence the safe production of coal mine such as equipment factors, environment factors and artificial factor etc. This article mainly introduces the design of a wireless coal mining automation equipment by C8051F996 ultra low power core controller and nRF905 single- chip RF transceiver chips. Firstly this article briefly introduces C8051 F996 chip, and then introduces the performance and characteristic of the nRF905 radio- frequency chip, finally emphatically introduces the hardware design of a coal mining control equipment based on a wireless and the hardware of design which can transmission the received signal to the PC ( Personal Computer). This design controls automatic production equipment by the wireless, which explores an effective way to solve the safe problem of the mining operation under special circumstances.
