There are three creative points in this paper, firstly, subjective evaluation system of historic cultural villages and towns is the combo of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation; secondly, it uses analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy theory to setup the subjective evaluation system; thirdly, the factors accord with the purpose better. Thus the development of quantification is advanced, analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy theory are used widely in evaluation system of historic cultural villages and towns.
