摘要
目的探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术联合高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的效果。方法采用内镜下氩离子凝固术联合高频电刀切除胃肠息肉。结果治疗后3～6个月追踪患者并于半年后复查内镜，无并发症发生，内镜下未见息肉复发。结论氩离子凝固术联合高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉是一种安全、简便、有效的内镜下治疗方法。
Objective To explore the endoscopic argon ion coagulation technique combined high-frequency electrotome for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods Using the endoscopic argon ion coagulation technique combined high-frequency electrotome resection of gastrointestinal polyps. Results 3-6 months after treatment tracking patients with endoscopic check after half an year, no complications occurred, polyp recurrence under endoscopy. Conclusion The argon ion coagulation technique with high frequency electric knife therapy gastrointestinal polyp is a kind of safe, easy and effective method of endoscopic treatment.
