VSD治疗40例骨科创伤感染的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Infection in Orthopedic Trauma Using VSD Treatment

目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科80例创伤感染患者,分为2组,对照组40例,实验组40例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,实验组采用VSD技术治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组治愈17例(42.5%),显效14例(35%),有效率为77.5%;实验组治愈28例(70%),显效11例(27.5%),有效率为97.5%,实验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VSD治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效明显优于常规治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of the VSD technique in the treatment of orthopedic trauma of infection. Methods 80 cases of Department of orthopedics in trauma patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group, 40 cases and the experimental group, 40 cases. The control group was treated with the traditional method and the experimental group was treated with VSD technique. The therapeutic effects in these two groups were evaluated. Results Control group, 17 patients cured（42.5%）, 14 cases markedly effective （35%）, and the efficiency of 77.5%. Experimental group, 28 patients cured（70%）, 11 cases markedly effective（27.5% ）, and the efficiency of 97.5%. The effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic effects of VSD technique in the treatment of orthopedic trauma of infection are better than the traditional method and it deserves to be promoted widely.
