葡萄胎清宫前发生肺转移并肺栓塞的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Hydatidiform Mole with Pulmonary Metastasis and Pulmonary Embolism before Evacuation and Literature Review

目的探讨葡萄胎清宫前发生肺转移并肺栓塞的病因、临床表现及处理方法。方法对我院收治的6例葡萄胎患者清宫前发生肺转移并1例发生肺栓塞的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果本例诊断、处理及时、正确,患者恢复良好。结论葡萄胎清宫前发生肺栓塞很少见,但病情凶险,临床医师应保持警惕,做出及时正确的处理,改善患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical characteristics and treatment of hydatidiform mole with pulmonary metastasis and pulmonary embolism before evacuation. Methods The clinical data of six cases of hydatidiform mole with pulmonary metastasis and one pulmonary embolism before evacuation was analyzed and the related literature were reviewed.Results The diagnosis and treatment of the case was correct and the patient recovered well. Conclusion The pulmonary embolism of hydatidiform mole before evacuation was rare but very dangerous. Proper treatment must be given so as to improve the prognosis of the patient.
