摘要
通过理论分析及实验数据表明用单一增重法或失重法计算的腐蚀速率 ,不能正确评价碳钢在高温炉水中的耐蚀程度 。
Through the theoretical analysis and laboratory data reveals that the corrosion rate obtained from pure weight gain method or weight loss method cannot be used correctly to evaluate the corrosion resist performance of carbon steal in high temperature boiler water, instead, the solubility rate of iron should be determined or the modern instrument such as EPMA should be used to determin the morphology of the surface film and element content for the checking of the film quality and finally make a comprehensive evaluation of the sample.
