MIS collectivity design is chief blueprint of MIS development and construct of corporation, and it has unitary guidance meaning, so we must assure its quality. In this paper, we discussed MIS collectivity design, its examination and accept, and some problem which can be measured. Based on fact of MIS development and construct of corporation, we presented some requestto MIS collectivity design, including design process, time limit, document, systematic object of corporation, plan, network model and layout ect
