摘要
目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者发生肌间血肿的原因及机制。方法报道1例慢性肾功能衰竭患者发生肌间血肿的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗及转归,并对相关文献进行复习。结果该患者在未接受任何局部外伤,凝血功能正常的情况下出现自发性的肌间血肿,经患肢制动,停用活血化瘀药物,2周后自行吸收。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者存在自发出血倾向,应积极预防。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of chronic renal failure in patients with muscle hematoma between the causes and mechanisms. Methods To report one case of chronic renal failure in patients with intramuscular hematoma clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, treatment and outcome, and related literature was reviewed. Results The patients did not receive any invasive procedures and local history of trauma, coagulation normal circumstances intramuscular hematoma occurs spontaneously, after limb braking, deactivate blood circulation drugs, two weeks after the self-absorption of the hematoma. Conclusion Chronic renal failure patients with spontaneous bleeding tendency, should be actively prevented.
