愈肤宁对老年患者静脉输液外渗治疗效果的研究

Study on the Treatment Effect of Intravenous Infusion Extravasation with Oligo-glucosumine in Elderly Patients

目的研究愈肤宁对老年患者静脉输液外渗的治疗效果。方法选择老年患者84例，男性39例，女45例，按发生外渗的先后顺序随机双盲均分为愈肤宁组（A组）及硫酸镁组（B组）。A组将愈肤宁均匀涂抹于输液外渗部位，2～3次／d；B组将浸于50％硫酸镁溶液中的纱块连续湿敷于外渗部位，持续保持纱块湿润。观察并记录两组患者显效时间、完全吸收时间及显效、有效、无效的病例数。结果A组患者显效时间及完全吸收时间明显短于B组（P〈0．05）；A组显效病例数明显多于B组（P〈0．05），而有效及无效病例数却明显少于B组（P〈0．01）。结论愈肤宁可较迅速地治愈老年患者静脉外渗所致肿胀、疼痛等症状，且操作简单，副反应少。

Objective To study the treatment effect of intravenous infusion extravasation with oligo-glucosumine in elderly patients. Method 84 elderly patients with 39 males and 45 females selected were divided randomly into two groups by the order of the occurrence of extravasation with 42 cases each： Oligo-glucosumine group （Group A ） and Magnesium sulfate solution group （ Group B ）. The Oligo-glucosumines were evenly applied in intravenous infusion site by 2-3 times everyday .Yarn block immersed in 50% magnesium sulfate solution in the continuous wet dressing i9n the extravasation site, and the yam block moist was continued to maintain. Markedly time, completely absorbed time, imarkedly, valid and invalid cases were observed and recorded. Results Markedly time and completely absorbed time in Group A were significantly shorter than in Group B （P〈0.01）; The number of markedly cases in group A was significantly more than that in group B （P〈0.05）, and the number of valid and invalid cases was significantly less than that in group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Oligo-glucosumine can prefer a more cure for elderly patients with intravenous infusion extravasation due to swelling, pain and other symptoms, the operation is simple and side effects are less.
