摘要
目的分析二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美容中的治疗效果。方法将我院1年前就诊的80例患者共112颗需做冠套修复的前牙随机分为两组,其中40例(60颗)选择用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,40例(52颗)选择用烤瓷冠修复,术后1年进行随访,观察两组修复体外形、边缘完整性、与邻近牙齿的颜色匹配情况、边缘着色、牙龈状况。结果两组1年后修复体外形、边缘完整性、与邻近牙齿的颜色匹配无显著变化;边缘着色、牙龈方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前牙美容中选择用二氧化锆全瓷冠具有较好的修复效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective Analysis of zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown in front teeth beauty treatment effect .Methods 80 patients of our hospital visits a year ago, a total of 112 crown repair should be done in front teeth were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases （60） for zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown repair, 40 cases （52） of PFM crown repair, postoperative follow-up of 1 year, observe two groups of restoration, edge shape integrity, color matching, edge coloring, gum.Results Two groups after 1 years restoration, edge shape integrity, no obvious change color matching; Edge coloring, gum differences have statistics meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown has good front teeth cosmetic repair effect, worthy of clinical use.
