摘要
采用水稻条纹病毒(rice stripe virus,RSV)接种可使水稻产生卷叶型和展叶型2种症状.4个粳稻品种,在三叶期接种多呈卷叶型,在幼穗分化期接种多呈展叶型;4个籼稻品种,在三叶期接种多呈展叶型,在幼穗分化期接种均为展叶型.灰飞虱(Laodelphaxstriatellus)对 RSV 的获毒个体率为25%—30%,高者可达50%以上;其传病能力与获毒取食和接种取食时间的长短有关.灰飞虱的传毒力因产地、翅型、性别和虫期而异.
Two types of symptoms,folded-leaf and unfolded-leaf,were observed when rice plants were inoculated with rice stripe virus(RSV),4 Japonica varieties of rice appeared folded-leaf symptoms when inoculated at 3-leaf stage,whereas unfolded-leaf symptom when inoculated at ear differentiation stage.4 Indica varieties of rice showed unfolded-leaf symptom when inoculated at either 3-leaf stage or ear differentiation stage.The rate of Laodelphax striatellus individual acquiring RSV was about 25%-30% and even over 50%. The transmission ability of the vector depenede upon the acquisition and inoculation feeding period and also varied with its wing type,sex,age and place where it had been from.
