摘要
采用生物接触氧化联合曝气生物滤池(BAF)组合工艺处理合成洗涤废水。考察了生物悬浮填料(MBBR填料)的挂膜启动时间,有机负荷对COD去除效果的影响以及DO、HRT、组合工艺对LAS处理效果的影响。结果表明,在接触氧化阶段HRT为20 h、DO的质量浓度为3.0 mg/L、BAF阶段HRT为1.2 h、DO的质量浓度为4.0 mg/L的优化条件下,保持试验系统连续运行20 d,出水水质可达广东省地方标准DB 44/26-2001的第一时段一级标准。
Biological contact oxidation combined biological aerated filter process was used for synthetic detergent wastewater treatment. The effects of biofilm formation and start up time of MBBR carrier reactor, deferent organic load on COD removal effect were investigated. The effects of DO, HRT, and combined process on LAS removal effect were also studied. The results showed that under the conditions of the contact oxidation stage HRT=20 h, p(DO)=3.0 mg/L; biological aerated filter stage HRT=1.2 h, p(DO)--4.0 mg/L, the test system continuously running for 20 d, water quality up to Guangdong province local standards, DB 44/26-2001 a standard of the first period.
