三维电极催化氧化苯类废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过填装粒子电极的三维电极反应器对含苯、甲苯、二甲苯的有机废水进行了催化降解过程的研究。探讨了外加电压、进水pH、反应时间及污染物浓度等影响因素对苯类废水COD的去除效果。结果表明,在外加电压为48V,进水初始pH为3.1,电解时间为30 min时,苯类有机废水的COD去除效果最好。通过对改变苯浓度的降解试验表明,该三维电极反应器对苯类有机污染物具有很好的去除效果,具有较宽的浓度适应范围。该三维电极反应器可用于处理饮用水源中的苯类有机类污物。 The catalytic degradation process with organic wastewater contain benzene, toluene, xylene was investigated by three-dimensional electrode reactor filled with particle electrode. The applied voltage, pH value, reaction time, concentration of pollutants and other effect factors on the COD removed efficiency were tested. The results show that the COD removal efficiency reaches the best under the optimum experiment condition when the applied voltage of 48 V, pH value of 3.1 and reaction time of 30 min. The experiments of the degradation of benzene with varied concentration indicate that there are wide benzene pollutants concentration ranges to adapt for three-dimensional electrode reactor. It is expect to be used to deal with the source of drinking water with benzene series contaminants.
