摘要
为了使面包烘培废水的出水水质达到排放标准,并解决预处理设计不合理、气浮设备负荷太高、废水含淀粉过多、污泥脱水装置不适用等问题,将原有的废水处理设施进行改造,并对现有处理工艺方案、处理设备等进行改进。该工程水处理量为500 m3/d,进水COD、BOD5、NH3-N和油类质量浓度分别为15 000、6 230、132、500 mg/L,处理后出水浓度分别为83.48、8、11.6、0.26 mg/L。水解酸化/UASB/A2O工艺对高浓度的面包废水有较好的处理效果,处理后的水质能达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)所规定的一级水质排放标准,且运行费用低,水处理成本仅1.21元/m3。
In order to make the effluent of bakery wastewater to achieve the discharge standard, and to solve the problems that the pretreatment is unreasonable, flotation equipment load is too high, wastewater containing excess starch, sludge dewatering device is not applicable and other issues, the present treatment should take measures to transform the original treatment facilities, improve the process scheme and processing equipment. The project of water treatment capacity is 500 m^3/d, the average concentration of COD, BOD5, NH3-N and oil were 15 000 mg/L, 6 230 rag/L, 132 mg/L and 500 mg/L respectively. The treated water concentration can reach 83.48 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 11.6 mg/L and 0.26 mg/L respectively. Good treatment effects can be achieved by hydrolysis acidificationfUASB/A20 process, the effluent can meet requirement of first level of comprehensive wastewater discharge Standard (GB 8978- 1996), and the process has the advantages of low operating cost, and treatment cost of each ton water is 1.21 yuan/m^3.
