Optimizing the Design Program of Feed Processing Factory According to Value Engineering Principle

价值工程(Value Engineering简称VE)是一种通过对产品或其它VE对象进行功能成本分析,力图以最低的寿命周期费用,实现必要的功能,借以提高产品或服务价值的技术经济方法.在饲料加工厂的设计中,应用这一方法对成品粉料的输送系统进行功能成本分析和价值评价,从而使技术和经济有机的结合起来,达到设计方案的优选.

Value Engineering (VE) is a technological economic method by which the product or other VE objects are analyzed of their own functions and costs, and the required functions must be achieved at the lowest costs of life-span-cycle aiming at the improvement of product or service value. In the design of a feed-processing factory, we applyed the VE method to analyze the functions and costs of the carrying systems of powdered product and make some value-estinations of them. As a result, technology and economics were organically combined and the optimization of a design was achieved.
