保肺平喘汤治疗慢性肺原性心脏病对照观察

Baofei Pingchuan Soup Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Control Observation

[目的]观察保肺平喘汤治疗慢性肺原性心脏病疗效。[方法]使用对照方法,将138例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组50例抗感染、强心利尿、持续性低流量给氧等常规西医对症治疗。治疗组88例保肺平喘汤(万年青30g,五指毛桃根40g,葶苈子、白芥子、苏子各15g,车前子20g,桔梗15g,肉桂9g,熟地15g)。表证加杏仁、麻黄各15g,石膏10g,鱼腥草、黄芩各20g;肾虚加山茱萸20g,补骨脂10g,黑锡丹5g;心悸加丹参、五味子、银杏叶各10g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效46例,有效37例,无效5例,总有效率为95.47%。对照组显效17例,有效19例,无效11例,加重3例,总有效率为72%。治疗组优于对照组。[结论]保肺平喘汤治疗慢性肺原性心脏病疗效显著。

[Objective]Observe treating asthma and lung Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease.[Method]Using the control method,138 cases of inpatient and outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,50 cases of anti-infection,cardiac diuretic,persistent low- flow oxygen and other conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment. Treatment group 88 cases of asthma and lung soup（ Wannianqing 30g,Wuzhi Maotao Gen 40g,Tinglizi,Baijizi,Suzi each 15g,Cheqianzi 20g,Jiegeng 15g,Rougui 9g,Shudi 15g）. Table card plus Xingren,Mahuang each 15g,Shigao 10g,Yuxingcao 20g,Huangqin20g;kidney plus Shanzhuyu 20g,Buguzhi 10g,Hei Xidan 5g;palpitations Danshen,Wuweizi,Yinxingye each 10g. 1 / day,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 15 days is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]88 cases of treatment group were treated 46 cases markedly effective in 37 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.47% in the control group,50 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 19 cases,11 cases,increased in 3 cases,the total effective rate of 72%. The treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Treating asthma and lung and chronic pulmonary heart disease have a good effect.
