中医辨证联合西药治疗尿路感染对照观察

Comparative Observation on The Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections in TCM combined with Western Medicine

[目的]观察中医辨证联合西药治疗尿路感染疗效。[方法]使用对照观察方法,将60例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组30例西药常规治疗,治疗组30例中医辨证治疗,膀胱湿热型:三石四金汤加减(金钱草30g,石韦20g,滑石粉30g,益母草25g,车前草30g,木香10g,威灵仙30g,栀子10g,火硝石冲服6g,沉香10g,冬葵子25g);脾肾气虚型:参苓白术散合六味地黄丸加减(党参35g,白术15g,熟地黄20g,山药、茯苓、枸杞子、杜仲各15g,砂仁15g,车前子布包15g,石韦30g,甘草10g);气阴两虚型:补中益气汤加减(山药20g,党参35g,茯苓15g,红花15g,白术15g,当归15g,白芍15g,白茅根30g,滑石粉冲服15g,石韦30g,黄精30g,生黄芪30g,冬葵子15 g,陈皮10g,沉香15g,天花粉30g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎服,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访6周,观测复发、再感染情况。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效17例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率77.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组复发1例,再感染1例,对照组复发5例,再感染2例。[结论]中医辨证联合西药治疗尿路感染疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection effect.[Method]Control observation method,60cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to the draw,30 cases of the control group conventional treatment of Western Medicine,The treatment group of 30 cases of syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine,Bladder damp-heat type three stone Decoction addition and subtraction（Jinqiancao 30g,Shiwei 20g,Huashifen 30g,Yimucao 25g,Cheqiancao 30g,Muxiang 10g,Weilingxian 30g,Zhizi 10g,Huoxiaoshi 6g,Chenxiang 10g,Dongkuizi 25g）;Spleen and kidney deficiency type using Shenlingbaizhu San and six taste glutinous rehmannia pill（Dangsen 35g,Baizhu 15g,Shudihuang20g,Shanyao 15g,Fuling 15g,Gouqizi 15g,Duzhong 15g,Sharen 15g,Cheqianzi 15g,Shiwei 30g,Gancao 10g）;Deficiency of both qi and Yin with Buzhongyiqi Decoction（Shanyao 20g,Dangsen 35g,Fuling15g,Honghua 15g,Baizhu 15g,Danggui 15g,Baishao 15g,Baimaogen 30g,Huashifen 15g,Shiwei 30g,Huangjing 30g,Shenghuangqi 30g,Dongkuizi 15 g,Chenpi10g,Chenxiang15g,Tianhuafen 30g,Gancao6g）,1dose/d,be decocted in water for oral dose.Western medicine treatment with the control group,2 months of continuous treatment of 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction,Continuous treatment of 3 courses,Determination of curative effect.Follow-up of 6 weeks,Observation of recurrence,infection.[Results]20 cases of group therapy,Effective 8 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 98%.The control group 17 cases markedly effective,effective 5 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 77%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group. The treatment group of 1 cases of recurrence,and infection in 1cases,the control group of 5 cases of recurrence,and 2 cases of infection.[Conclusions]TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of urinary tract infection curative effect.
