炙甘草汤联合西药治疗心律失常随机平行对照研究

Zhigancao Decotion and Western Medicine in Treating Arrhythmia Randomized Parallel-Controlled Study

[目的]观察炙甘草汤联合西药治疗心律失常疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组46例潘南金注射液50mL+250mL葡萄糖,缓慢滴注,1次/d,治疗组52例炙甘草汤(炙甘草15g,生姜、桂枝各9g,人参6g,生地黄50g,阿胶(烊化)6g,麦门冬、麻仁各10g,大枣10枚),水煎服,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗15d为1疗程,治疗期间停用其他影响心率药物及措施。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈28例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率84.62%。对照组治愈21例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率73.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]炙甘草汤联合西药治疗心律失常疗效满意,值得临床推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of zhigancao decotion combined with western medicine on cardiac arrhythmia.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,98 cases of cardiac arrhythmia were divided into two groups randomly by a random number table random,46 cases as controlled group,which were treated with therapy of panangin injection,slow drip,1/d,52 cases as treated group,which were treated with zhigancao decotion（Zhigancao 15g,Shengjiang 9g,Guizhi 9g,Renshen 6g,Shengdihuang 50g,Ejiao6g,Maimendong 10g,Maren 10g,Dazao 10mei）,water decoction,each day a package,two times a day and conventional therapy of panangin injection,continuous treatment of 15d was a course of treatment. No other drugs and measure affected heart rate during treatment. Observing clinical symptoms、ECG and side effects.After a course of treatment to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treated group,the cure 28 cases,the improve 16cases,the not cured 8 cases,the effective rate of treatment group 84.62%;the controlled group,the cure 21 cases,the improve 13 cases,the not cured 12 cases,the effective rate of control group 73.91%,treatment effect was well than control groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Zhigancao decotion with western medicine in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia has satisfactory clinical effect,so it is worth popularizing.
